Request from HMCG following 'Pan Pan' from fishing vessel fanned up in its own fishing gear and still anchored to sea bed with 1 person on board.
ALB launched and located the casualty, two crew members were transferred to assist, and a tow was established with the casualty back to Port Seaton.
Warship standing by with their FRC in the water.
ALB then returned to Anstruther and rehoused.
