Both boats requested to launch by Coastguard on report of person clinging to the rocks off St Monans.
ILB arrived on scene and located the casualty who confirmed he was in no danger and snorkelling near the rocks.
ALB stood down on route and both boats returned to station.

Request from HMCG to assist a vessel in trouble at the North Carr Beacon off Fife Ness. ILB on scene first and put crew aboard. Established that the yacht with two persons on board was fanned up on creels and unable to move.
ALB arrived on scene and established a tow for the casualty back to Anstruther Harbour.
Once inside the harbour the ILB took the casualty into an alongside tow and berthed it safely alongside the middle pier Anstruther harbour.

Request by HMCG to RV and assist Windcraft 20 catamaran work boat following a fire in the port engine, (now contained) and making slow progress to harbour. Montrose lifeboat also launched to escort the casualty.
ALB stood down just before reaching the casualty and returned to station.

Request by HMCG to assist with other assets to locate and assist at the location of an Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) alarm approximately 1.5mile east of the Isle of May. All assets searched the location including helicopter R199.
Nothing found ALB returned to station at low tide crew recalled to rehouse later
