Request to launch both boats to assist possible Medevac of crew man on tug within the Firth of Forth reported as unresponsive.
ILB first on scene and transferred two crew to assist casualty below deck.
They were joined by helicopter winchman / paramedic who arranged air lift to hospital.
ALB stood by to assist with searchlights
