Both boats requested to assist persons in difficulty on Elie Chainwalk.

ILB & ALB
 
Request by HMCG to launch both boats to locate and assist two persons on the Chainwalk near Elie .
Two female casualties located, one with an injured shoulder and unable to climb the chains or move to a safe location. Both German but daughter speaking English. Both were evacuated to ILB  and transferred to the ALB for passage to Elie harbour and waiting Coastguard personnel, where they were checked over by an off-duty physiotherapist.
