Request to assist two persons cut off by the tide at the Elie Chainwalk. ILB located the casualties with HMCG on scene fit and well.
ILB crew member went ashore to assist the two casualties with lifejackets and into the ILB
Casualties transferred safely to Elie harbour and HMCG personnel.

RNLI Crewman contacted the Coastguard as a yacht had run aground in the harbour mouth while the Shannon lifeboat was returning from exercise.
Launch Authority and Coastguard agreed to launch ILB and assist with connecting the anchor rope to the west pier and await re-float on the tide.
Two persons onboard happy to remain there with no danger to life.
Shannon rehoused and ILB returned to rehouse.

Request from HMCG to locate and rescue if possible two persons cut off by the tide while climbing on rocks at Elie chain walk, Coastguard rescue team tasked to the top of the cliffs to try and locate the casualties.
ILB on scene, located the casualties and extracted them to the ILB, there were no injuries and casualties were transferred to the ALB also on scene to transport them to Coastguards at Elie harbour.
Both boats returned to Anstruther and rehoused

Request from HMCG to assist three yachts aground at entrance to Anstruther harbour, crew and shore crew on the Shannon (non-SAR competent) responded at end of exercise, though request shortly cancelled by HMCG before the ILB crew had mustered or made ready to launch.
The LOM and a member of the public and two other crew at the end of the harbour, managed to get a rope to two of the yachts and pulled them alongside, a third yacht managed to float itself clear.
Shannon and shore crew rehoused the Lifeboat

Police informed HMCG of capsized kayak off Anstruther harbour, Coastguard requested immediate launch of ILB to assist paddle boarder adrift of their board to the west of the harbour.
Crew were geared up and about to launch when cancelled by HMCG.
Casualty had made it safe & well to the shore next to first informant.

Request from HMCG to locate and assist two persons reported to be cut off by the tide at the Shell Bay area of the Elie chain walk.
Both boats launched, ILB located the casualty and with one crew ashore guided the casualties to the ILB.
Transferred to the ALB and handed over to Coastguard at Elie no further assistance required, both boats returned to Anstruther

Request by HMCG to assist a female walker who had fallen 3m from coastal path during localised heavy rain,
Both boat launch and stood by on scene, basket stretcher made ready, but casualty assisted by Coastguard, Fire Rescue and Charity Air Ambulance personnel.
Stood down by HMCG and returned to Anstruther and rehoused
