Request from Aberdeen Coastguard to launch to report of upturned vessel with three persons on board.
On route one person found by helicopter and he was taken to hospital. ALB on scene and located the casualty vessel, two crew put in water to check hull and up right it, lifeboat towed at speed to remove the water before bailing out with bucket.
Lifeboat tasked to search an area given from Methil to East Wemyss.
Search carried out along with Kinghorn lifeboat and Rescue helicopter 131 in addition to shore teams from Queensferry, Kinghorn, Leven and St Andrews coastguard and Fife Police.
ALB subsequently tasked to tow the casualty vessel to Kirkcaldy and hand over to the Police.
Lifeboat stood down and returned to Anstruther.
