East Neuk First Responder, already on scene, along with 4 x RNLI crew took over CPR and airway management for over an hour. Air Ambulance and NHS SORT team arrived on scene with Lucas machine, whilst RNLI Crew assisted with fluids and evacuating casualty to land ambulance for onward transport to awaiting Air Ambulance.
